RUBBISH COLLECTING

The purpose of the artists consist to make their works through materials and thematics of environment for raise awareness and changes of  habits about use of  wastes. In this way the question is:

¿IS it POSIBLE GIVE RISE TO COMMUNITY ABOUT THE WASTES CONTROL THROUGH THE ART?

General community are unaware about the importance to separate the garbages and the health effects in people garbage collector and environment.

To separate the garbages can bring many economic benefits for the community by means of new markets take advantage of waste; also the responsable use of differents products and their recycling helping to reduce the volume of waste produced.

OUR CITY

The Manizales sanitary landfill is hard and dangerous, this receive 400 garbage tonnes for day, from which are recycling 120. the recycling job is difficult and riskier; when in our hauses we don't recycle forces to recyclers to scrabble between decomposed materials.

although the sanitary landfill can remain for 10 years more,  under these conditions; worth starting to make responsable use of this.
